Instructions for Abstract Submission
- Prepare your abstract using the format of the template. Τhe abstract length must be limited to one A4 page (300-400 words).
- Go to the following web address: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isa2016
- If you do not already have an account, choose “Sign up for an account” and follow the procedure to obtain an account. Define a user ID and a password in order to access the submission system.
- Once you are logged into the site choose “New Submission” to submit an abstract.
- Complete the information related to every author of the paper, specifying at least one Corresponding Author. If the abstract has more than 3 authors, use the “Click here to add more authors” option.
- Enter the Title and the Abstract in plain text in the reported form. The abstract can have a maximum length of 300 words.
- Enter at least 3 keywords, one per line.
- In the Topics menu, choose the Session that is most relevant to your work. Please select only ONE session.
- Specify the preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster).
- Upload the abstract file in PDF format.
- Submit your abstract clicking the “Submit” button.
- Once you have submitted one or more papers, you can access your submission(s) through either the “Overview” or “My submissions” menu. You can edit or add corrections or upload a new version of your abstract(s) before the submission deadline.
- Contributed oral presentations have a duration of 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
- Invited oral presentations have a duration of 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
- It is recommended that you use Power Point.
- Posters must be printed by the authors and be mounted on the day of the poster session. Poster panels are suitable for A0 size (90 cm in width and 120 cm in height). The presenting authors should be available during the poster sessions to present/answer questions on their posters.
